The tilt stand works just fine and I did not bother with adding rubber feet to rear - you can if want. Therefore its being listed as parts or not working even tho power is just fine. Like most radios of this vintage, it shows more output on the lower bands and less 10 15 meters is missing a rubber foot one corner could look nice if someone painted or powder-coated also please be committed buyer before you make an offer.
I have only used it on cw because do not a microphone for the power supply has been powder-coated so its as pretty, but works just fine. This sale includes just the transceiver and power supply. This is a very nice radio power supply combo but it not tested on Sb no reason that should't work, tho and the CFO tuning takes some getting used.

Also, when powering on or changing bands, there is a delay of 5 to 8 seconds before the frequency display stops. Sold as-is these radios, both Cubic and the swan version of this radio, use a shuttle tuning CFO - you don't turn it spin down band hold to left or right scans for until stop its little tricky takes some practice. This is a fun radio - with its 'shuttle-jog' kinda like yeses tuning it was little ahead of time.
