It all looks like it has never been used. Apparently they got separated when the handhelds were sold. There is a battery eliminator for the Icom bp 209 and bp 210, a bp 209 nicad battery pack with the belt clip.

5 CDC at the terminals when I just checked it.

It is rated at 7. Here are some accessories for the Icom ic f3 and ic f4 series of handheld vhf and uhf radios. I do not know it's overall condition but it read 4. 2 volts 1100mah.

Maybe just spares. There is also an Icom bp 208n battery pack for alkaline batteries and a new front case piece for the radio.
