0 uf 600 volt oil filled capacitors w clamps used. The one in first picture that is turned around done so you can see a scratch on it. Obviously they can be removed if not needed.

The others don't have any such scratches. 50ua leakage. All were hi-pot tested at 600v and showed approx.
