Works with radio model's that are compatible mh-37a4b mh-34b4b speaker microphones. Separates single speaker microphone jack into separate mic jacks. Fits, ft-60r, VAX-3r, ft-250r, ft-1dr, VAX-150, ft-1xdr, VAX-5r, vx8gr, VAX-2r others.

For select Yaesu, vertex standard radios with 4 conductor mic plug. The VAX-2r radio, NC, plugs, wires and components are not included. It also can be used to facilitate the connection of a NC packet modem VAX-2r. Not for the threaded plug waterproof radio model's, VAX-6r 7r 270r optional Yaesu ct44 two pin mic adapter allows connection of older speaker mics to VAX-2r.
