Item is about pounds. Icom dv 21 vfo. S shipping estimator is far from accurate in my past experience.

I have had it for many years and don't even know how I acquired it. Power cord has been added where a connector for the ac line attached some time in the past. I never had a radio to use this vfo with.

Other than powering up I don't know if this unit is fully functional.
