I purchased this receiver new about 25 years ago. I tested the scanner other day and it still works great. It includes the original instruction manual, MB-23 carrying handle, ac power cable and dc.
I have never left the scanner on 24 hours a day. Only turned it on when I was listening.
It has not been modified inane way. The scanner has not been used much for last 15 years or sorbet did serve me well several without any problems. The reason I have decided to sell this unit now is that indeed cash purchase some new toys.
