This board is sold 100 guaranteed good in every way. I am parting out a Kenwood gifts 520 transceiver because some of the high voltage boards were modified beyond recovery and did not work properly. This was tested fully as the transceiver worked perfectly except for the final amplifier due to the high voltage board issue.
