This unit is used and does not come with a power cord, thus it untested. Looks to be in good condition, except that it is missing one of the rubber feet on bottom unit. The offered did a lousy job of getting things together at offer.

I bought it at an estate offer from a guy that had ham radio setup, but the power cord was not in box with this unit.
