I do not know how to test this item, but I did find a power cord not included and powered it on. Didn't test any further.

Nice looking item cosmetically, just can't test fully, so unfortunately will have to sell as a parts repair unit only. Did come up with check OK, then said no disc, because there was no disk put in it.
