Details:

The filter cover is manufactured from a high mu metal used in emir applications. Collins Radio 75s 3b and 75s 3c filter cover many of these Radios were manufactured without filter covers. I first cover the filters with the gold and copper screen.

I have been experimenting with a new design to improve the performance of the Radio with a better filter cover design. The standoff components are included and installation is simple. The results from the new design showed significance reduction in if blow by and a noise reduction in the if pass band.

I carefully pack and ship every item.

In addition I use a gold on copper screen. The new design has been tested using my network analyzer hp 8757a on both the 75s 3b and 75s 3c.

Even when compared to the standard collins filter cover NP the Radio performance improved with the new design. The offer comments reflect the condition of the item as close as possible.

After that I have the right to sell the item again.

Folding the screen over both ends of the filters then I push the filter cover over the screen and filters.
