Promptly shipped with USPS, your choice of Ground Advantage or Priority. The eight screws were a hodgepodge of sheet metal and machine various lengths so I replaced them all with new 1/4 long. I applied 6.3VAC on the filament and 150VDC to plate my frequency counter indicated 100KHz. I left these mods in place as they did not adversely affect operation.

A previous owner changed the 6AK6 to a 6AU6 and added more series resistance plate circuit.
