The fan is has four silicone feet and is simply set on top of the sb this is an accessory for the heathkit sb 200 when used with icom transceivers. It moves 31 cubic feet of air per minute. When used, warm air is drawn from the top of the amplifier cabinet and cooler air enters the cabinet from below. The 24 cable is then connected to the 706, 718, 746, 756 or other icom transceiver tuner connector.
Easy to install, easy to remove.
The fan draws minimal current. 15a at 12 volts and runs at all times that the transceiver is turned on.
